  • Payment transaction records (processed via KopoKopo and Pesapal — we do not store card details).
  • Domain and hosting configuration data.
  • Support communication records via WhatsApp and email.
  • Usage data including uptime logs and access logs.

How we use your data

  • Provision and manage your hosting services.
  • Send invoices and renewal reminders.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Monitor service performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Who we share data with

  • KopoKopo and Pesapal for payment processing.
  • Hetzner for infrastructure hosting.
  • Cloudflare for CDN and security services.
  • As required by Kenyan law.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Singapore (ap-southeast region). Web traffic is routed through Cloudflare’s global network, which operates points of presence in multiple countries including Kenya, South Africa, and internationally. Backups are stored encrypted on Backblaze B2 infrastructure. All transfers outside Kenya are made under appropriate safeguards consistent with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Withdraw consent for data processing.

Data retention

We retain client data for the duration of your subscription and for 12 months after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.
